IT Services provides technology services via ihelp, the 学生电脑支援台, 和虚拟IT支持. 支持 is provided to all students, faculty, and staff at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Requests for assistance or reporting issues can be made through the following methods. Office hours for each service are listed on the footer of our page.

虚拟IT支持 is a service where the university community can connect via Zoom to receive live help desk support for all technology-related issues. Virtual support can be found via Zoom by joining 虚拟IT支持.


Submit a help desk ticket (ihelp.ruyimiracle.net)

请访问 ihelp.ruyimiracle.net to log a ticket for any technology need or question. ihelp is a service that the university community can utilize for the most efficient means of receiving IT assistance, as it accepts tickets on a 24x7 basis (though responses typically occur during normal business hours). General IT inquiries can be sent via email (it-support-center@ruyimiracle.net) or by using the IT customer service line (724-357-4000).


学生电脑支援台

The 学生电脑支援台 in 德莱尼大厅 is open for walk-ins, although scheduling an appointment is encouraged via ihelp. Students can receive assistance with a variety of technology problems, including password resets and the reinstallation of a computer's operating system.

IUP utilizes multi-factor authentication for users accessing IUP services. IUP uses Duo as the multi-factor authentication application. The first time you log in to an IUP web service, like MyIUP, you will be prompted to enroll in Duo.

Through a PASSHE initiative, IUP students can obtain Microsoft Fundamentals Certifications through Microsoft 免费 to enhance their post-graduation marketability.

IUP 网络安全 Day Set for Oct. 31

IUP’s Institute for 网络安全, in collaboration with the PC4A Project and Information Technology 支持 Center, will host the sixteenth annual 网络安全 Day on October 31. This annual event features nationally recognized security experts as well as speakers from government, 安防行业, 和学术界. It is free and open to the community.

Banner Maintenance, July 29

IT Services must complete Banner maintenance on Saturday, July 29, 2023. Please review services and their availability during this maintenance. 

OneSIS Information: Employee Information Sessions

4月, IT held two informational sessions on OneSIS or One Student Information System, the Ellucian Banner Managed Cloud Shared Technology platform being adopted by PASSHE. A recording of the information session and a copy of the presentation are available on the IUP OneSIS website for reference.

IUP Core Network Router Maintenance

IT Services must complete IUP network core router maintenance resulting in brief network outages on Sunday October 23, 2022 beginning around 8:00 a.m. and again on Monday October 24, 2022 around 6:30 a.m..  

IUP Students Eligible to Obtain Microsoft Certifications

Through a PASSHE initiative, IUP students are now eligible to obtain Microsoft Fundamentals Certifications, 免费.
